My mother in law has been using vie at home skincare sold to her by myself for the last 18 months, she has just rung to say she ran out of her day moisturiser and used simple and has now got red sores all over her face and neck what should i advise her to do?

Advise her to go to her GP - you're not medically trained and could therefore be held liable if you tell her to do anything that causes further damage.

Quite right. And stop using Simple.

Sounds like a case of overexposure (to one of the chemicals in the Simple skin care) or an allergic reaction.

I went on their website and I couldn't help but have a chuckle:

"Recognising what is likely to irritate your skin is the most important thing you can do to prevent the reactions that characterise sensitive skin – so make sure that you use products that contain nothing but good ingredients."
