Admittedly i have only been doing nails the last 6 months but- i have had a new client call me today to say that after 48 hours of me doing her acrylic nails she has already lost 5 and the others are starting to crack- this has NEVER happenred to me before- its mortifying! Im seeing her tonight to sort them out- what the hell do i do? I didnt use primer- necer have done- do i need to? HELP MEEEEE!!!!

Don't worry....If this has never happened before then either she has been to heavy with them...or maybe they where too long for her.

Just wait till she comes and judge from what you see....if there is damage to the natural nail then they where adhered properly and she has broken them...HTH

Sometimes people are too rough with their nails and they will never confess that they did something to cause the break...so this is what you look for...if the nail is a straight across break, they caused it...if the nail pops completely off from the cuticle, then it's possibly a nail prep problem...Good Luck

great advice geeks.i totally agree with whats already been said.try not to panic that much as you cant decide what your going to do untill you see them.if you have never had this problem before then the chances of it being something you did a very slim.
just make sure that whatever has happened to her nails i.e damaged nail plate that you explain how you came up with the conclusion that it broke rather than come off. if that makes sense as you need to back up your answer.
good luck im sure you'll be fine.x

When she comes in to see you give her nails a wipe over with scrubfresh,
you will then be able to see any damage that has been caused by picking and biting hth
