Help with customer complaint

she left it slightly longer than the pic because when she picked it up to show her how short it would be if she did it the same as the pic she said no a bit longer, so therefore went a bit longer. If she had cut it the same as the pic it would of been even shorter.

it was a big change to what she had that is why the stylist kept checking with her that it was definatly what she wanted.

I didnt realise doctors wernt allowed nice or modern haircuts though, lol.

Bringing a photo is a completely new style :cry: If you wanted it the same but tidied up, that's pretty easy to explain to the stylist. Was this the daughter's 1st visit to the salon? What you have done has been good and especially following up the letter with an e-mail and asking that they provide you with the photo so you can see for yourself. I think the only other thing you can do is to phone and ask if they have received your e-mail and take it from there. Yes, please keep us updated on this:hug:
