I did my bf mums nails last week who was wearing Bio Sculpture, when we removed her nails they were so thin on the ends they broke off. I can only assume the lady who did them before over filed and filed the natural nail plate? So I tried to shape them best i could. Once I had finished the natural nail overlay a few days they started going soft on the ends as there was not much natural nail it was very broken.
So I said I would re do the 3 nails again free of charge. I spoke to her today to arrange the appointment, but she said she thinks she would like tips now.
My problem is why did they go soft and how do I say I will have to charge her if I am re doing them all and taking off the Brisa Gel one.
