Help with smudged SNS top coat

Help! New to SNS & I accidentally wiped over nails too soon when Top coat not dry enough & have made a complete mess. Can I recover these nails without having to take them all off & start again??

Just buff back to sns then reapply top coat!
 
You don’t wipe over the top coat at all only over the last application of sealer then apply 2 top coats
 
You have to buff the nail really good to smooth out the surface and get rid of the existing top coat. Then put activator on the nails...wait one minute for the activator to dry and you can also wipe it off...then put two layers of the top coat on again. If you don’t wait for the activator to dry and you put on the top coat right away...it will harden your top coat brush.
