Ok so heres my problem, im new to Clynol products. Ive ran out of toners. I've recently added a large bleach slice in my hair. Result is too blonde for my taste, i prefer ash blonde. So my question is can I use Clynol GO BLONDE 12.1 as a toner with 3%?.. I also have 9% which i can water down to 6% if that makes any difference, just got no 12%... Thanks Guys
