Herbal Essence and extensions?

Had a new client call last night about having some extensions and she was convinced she didn't need any aftercare as her last extensionist told her she can use Herbal Essence! Am I right in thinking that this is actually one of the worst off the shelf products for extensions or am I wrong?

Don't worry, she now knows the importance of aftercare and WILL be using the full range

I'm an extensionist and have experimented with shelf shampoos and conditioners and i know it may well be bad but I love herbal essences! X

I cant believe any extensionist would recommend the stuff.

The bonds will last 5 minutes and thats if they dont slide out first!

No way do I recommend it, I just tried it and actually liked it! I would recommend anything but proper aftercare!
