Hey there, I'm very new to this, so I'm not sure if I even doing it right! Hopefully I will be!
I have just taken on 2 therapists making my total staff to 4 plus me! I have also had a large extension with 3 extra treatment rooms. I am positioned just off the high street with good passing trade. My rent has now doubled, I was therefore wondering if you had any ideas of how to set targets and how to keep new staff motivated even at quieter times.. Or, would you suggest something else to get clients fighting for an appointment at my salon!
