Hollywood toes advice please

Hi All
Ive got a client who's asked for Hollywood toes to be done. Now we were shown them in college, had a go and they were fab BUT i now have a client who would like some and her little toe nail is more or less none existant, its so tiny.

How would i get around this?

you could use a dotting tool to apply the white? with just a tiny amount on it? hth x
