Hi Everyone,

Does anyone make their own scrubs for Mani's or Pedi's?

If so do you any reciepes you'd like to share?

Kirsten Florian Turkish sea salts and a light massage oil, drop of lavender. This is perfect before moor mud application - very spa like

I used to get a full body scrub and wrap at a spa and this is what they used, bought it to DIY but much better to let someone else do the hard work!

I usually make for myself:
a cup of fine salt
an ampulle of vitamin E oil
mix with some nice smell liquid soap and go

For myself I put honey instead of soap.

I like brown sugar, mixed with oil of your choice (I usually use almond oil).
You can add an essential oil for scent if you like.
Everyone loves it and asks me to show them how to make it, so they can use it in the shower.

I use the same as above, brown sugar with your choice of oil and I add orange and vanilla oils smells so yummy!
