You'll have to sculpt on a form, no tip would work for a long stilletto

Sculpt out the nail on a form but in the shape you require. Not square etc and file it down.....that doesn't work so good.
Pinch at the point it feels right and file to shape.

If using tips...use nail clippers and not a tip cutter...this will give you a great start to getting the stiletto shape....or almond.

I would sculpt, follow judy1999's advise, this is how i do mine. I find it easier and quicker then using a tip.
