How do I make my cover pic on facebook a bit higher?

As it says really!

I've loaded my new logo on but it's sitting in the wrong place, I need to move it an inch higher. It says drag to reposition but won't do it.

Am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried zooming in a little, then dragging it? xxx
