How long to respond when client asks for a certain date?

Hi
I have someone who would like to book in treatments for her and friends so basically a pamper party. This request was made over a month ago for me to keep the date.

She has my price list and I have asked her for a time on that particular date that she would like me to be there (I am mobile). However 7 days on after asking for the time I have had no response as to what time or what treatments they would like?

I now feel that they are taking the mick out of me.

Do you just assume they no longer want you to visit or again chase them up (I don’t want to look desperate)!???

Make contact and ask for non - refundable booking fee to confirm the booking. State that it must be paid by xxx date.
This will force it to confirm or cancel.
Sounds like they have kept you hanging too long already.
