How many extensions in the back and sides?

Hi everyone!

I've got my first client tomorrow and I'm fitting 175 strands of shrink links.

I just wanted to know how many I should put in the back and how many I should put in the sides as I don't want to go crazy and add loads to the back and then find out I haven't got enough for the sides.

It varies so much on each person it's hard to say .. Head shapes are very different as it the space from the Hair line to the ear I'm sure once you section you will see good luck

Hiya! As a general guideline I keep aside 20-30 for each side however sometimes I use less than this. If you are worried about not having enough left for the sides you could always start there? Xxx
