nothing gets rid of cellulite

i thinks the most effective treatment is some sort of massage but beleive you can never get rid of it completely

I found this article and thought it was very honest...

A curse to many women, cellulite is formed close to the skin surface and produces a number of wrinkled fat cells intermixed with the connective tissue and produces that strange ‘orange peel' effect most of us have witnessed. Although additional fat is normal in women, this is not just a condition that is exclusive to overweight women and the cottage cheese look can affect slim women as well.
Just below the surface of the skin in the thighs and buttocks region, areas of fat collect and force themselves against the tissue creating a puckered look to the surface of the skin. In reality, nobody knows the real reason why some people accumulate cellulite and not others, but there are some factors that health experts are considering such as the structure of the fat cells or toxins that enter the body.
What is certain though is that the older you become the greater the likelihood of cellulites forming as the elastin and collagen, that also stops wrinkles, becomes less effective. Cellulites is classified as a problem caused by hormones and is why men rarely suffer with the condition as fat in their body is consistent throughout.

The presence of cellulite is not always prominent, unless one tries to pinch the upper skin of one's thigh; should it feel lumpy then you most certainly have it but a woman should not feel bad about having cellulite, since most women have the this condition. After a great deal of research, certain conditions do help with the formation and retention of cellulites like the age of the person, their gender, how thick their skin is and the amount of extra fat they carry.
There are still no conclusive findings that can pinpoint the cause of cellulite build-up but one thing for sure is that technology has not yet devised a one- time-cure-all' miracle potion, treatment or medicine that can easily eradicate cellulites completely. Massage has been found to help hide the indications of cellulite even though it cannot remove it; but is does reduce it's visibility for a temporary period and is available from some beauty clinics.
Another technique used to remove cellulite, but not that successfully, is liposuction which is used to remove excess fat in the body but a method called mesotherapy which injects chemicals into the fat cells is still too expensive for most people. However, these are only temporary measures so do not provide permanent relief and liposuction is really only efficient for deeper based fats and not those close to the surface as with cellulites.
A number of cosmetic manufacturers claim their creams are an effective method of cellulite removal but it would seem these are just a method of making the condition less visible and as yet no definitive treatment exists. So far the best method is back to basics combining a healthy diet with exercise that gradually burns off the fat but not the connective tissue the cellulite is found it.
Many of the toxins that aid cellulite formation in the cells can be removed by drinking plenty of water every day not to mention the other health benefits of drinking water which include weight reduction.

ock a thought someone was gonna come out with a miracle cure for me :D lol
well I'm gonna try some good old fashioned excercise, then in oct when the local college beauty dept opens gonna try their treatment vacum thingy I think! only £10 a pop so if it doe not work least I have'nt spent a fortune.!
Well either no shorty shorts for me (not the ones that don't cover your bum btw! lol there just wrong!) or dancing with my back to the wall when out if I get drunk and decide its a great idea to wear then, but by then I'll have forgotten anyway n be off shaking my cellulite about the dance floor......lol xx

It's no guarantee, but I found yoga worked incredibly well for me. Half an hour, 3 times a week for a couple of months made it big difference.

This could be the treatment that we have all been waiting on to help with the fight against cellulite and stubborn fat!

Check out www.bioslimming.co.uk for a Revolutionary New Product that targets and dramatically reduces cellulite and stubborn fat. It has a high concentration of Active ingredients and Thermo Agents. The wrap proved to have a large impact on collagen structure and connective tissue within the dermis. It improves the circulation, lymphatic system and metabolism of fat cells reducing adipose tissue. The absorption of fatty acids and subsequent transport of fat causes the "orange peel" appearance of cellulite to reduce. The active ingredients also induce Lipolysis - fat burning in the layer just below the skin's surface. The thermo agents burn fat by thermoregulation and the high concentration of caffiene dramatically fights cellulite. A complete revolution in slimming wraps.
This wrap is available both as a salon treatment and homecare treatment. It is a brand new product to the UK from Beverly Hills and is produced by Provence Cosmetics. This product produces long lasting, visible results.
