Hi its me again Mary. Can someone share their knowledge on how to prep a natural nail for polish, using products from Creative Nail Design. Also can you share your knowledge of the top coats and use. Which top coat is the best for shine and longivity of the natural nail polish? On acrylic nails I have been using the uv top coat, when polished. Is this correct? The products I have from CND are Nail fresh, scrubfresh, stickey and all the top coats. Which ones do you prefer? Thank you so much for helping me down my CND path. I am loving it and my clients are too. Thank you for all of your time, effort and sharing. Thanks Again Mary

I would use Cuticle Away ... remove any unwanted cuticle and rinse.

I would then use Scrub Fresh followed by Nail Fresh to dehydrate the surface and remove all oil.

Stickey base Coat followed by 2 thin coats of Creative Colour followed by Air Dry (currently my favourite CND top coat). But you know, super Shiney is still a great, protective, fast drying top coat too and has been my fav for 20 years!! I have had to push myself to try new CND top coats as I have always been happy with Super Shiney but have to say I am loving Air Dry ... very protective with a high shine and does dry super fast. Sell a bottle to the client too. One more coat added in a day or two help the polish last forever.

Thank you! You are simply the best geeg! Thank you so much for you expertize. Have a wonderful weekend. Mary

Air Dry is my fave, too! It's amazing! :)

I have recently started using CND 'Heat Dry' it really is the bees knees.

After application, I lower my desk light -with a 60 watt (daylight) bulb to 3 inches and leave for a few minutes...........everyone is commenting on no smudges or chips (and I have got some clumsy bu**ers):green:
