I think the foil is definitely going to be the best bet to create the look although a nice mix of pink gold sparkle, violet pearl additives and maybe a bit of blue heaven could achieve this look too but I definitely think the original ones are foils.

i would do an opalescent foil ontop of a cover pink xx i can imagine how many nail polish companies will be at each other's throats trying to figure out how to make a polish with this effect
