I use Illumina for toning for the majority! I like to use 13V CT if i want to also bump the base a tad, otherwise I will go with pastel and 1.9

It depends what you are trying to achieve, if you are toning them it's fine, and remember its 1.2 ratio. If your colouring its best to use 6%
