Are infills, rebalance and backfills, the same name for the same thing?

I'm thinking infills and backfills are, i.e. when you've 3-4weeks growth and the natural nailbed is showing, but is a rebalance the same thing?

To me , infill is only doing the area at the eponychium that's showing visible signs of growth 2-3 weeks
A re balance is to do the same as above and rebuild the apex of the nail and the whole form of it back to where it should be, and if they are P&W then move the smile lines back down or re design with art ect . 3-5 weeks

And Backfill is not in my vocabulary LOL

I'm sure the more I read, the more I'll understand
