Initial Assesment Appointment!

Afternoon every1 xx

If you have read my blog you will see that I had a letter off Doncaster College on monday to go for a Initial Assesment Appointment!

First of all what is one? What will I do, and how do I dress for it??

Following the Assesment they will arrange for an interview with the course tutors to discuss the course & options further.

This will be for me going into college in september to study beauty therapy L2

Oh I am so excited but worried I wont get in :cry:

Initial assessments are usually just a chance to see if you are applying for the right course and that you will be able to cope, that is you can read and write and articulate properly. Also to see if you have any special needs. Don't be scared it will not be anything difficult. I would just make sure my clothes were clean and I looked presentable. I wore jeans to mine. :hug:

I have a slight fobia of inteviews and things like this!! I keep dreaming my nails & hair is gonna fall out lol!!!

You poor thing! You'll be fine, they want people to succeed and join the course, no one likes to turn anyone away unless they really have to. :hug:
