training for VTCT in nail tech and passed all assignments for manicure and pedicure and on last part which is acrylics. Our lecturer has told us we could be charging for manicures and pedicures just now and add acrylics once passed that part of it. Can we do man/ped if not completed full nail tech course?

We were told this too after completing the nail treatment modual & passing but not the technology ie l&p until we had passed that x

Don't forget you would need insurance before carrying out any treatments.

If you tutor has stated it's okay, then it must be okay?

as i do other treatments too but it does say if training, only insured if u have a qualified person with u. no mention of completing part of qualification

Well i would charge a fraction of the price just to cover your costs as you have not received your certificate yet, which means you dont have insurance which is not a good idea.
its better to be safe than sorry, so i would recomend you just wait until you have somthing to cover you before you start charging.
good luck
