Izettle - do you need a business account?

Hello geeks,

As a lot of you are aware from my previous posts, i'm moving later in the year and starting up a new business. I'm looking into setting up Izettle, but do you need to have a business account or something like streamline to set this up or can you just set it up to your normal account?

Hi no you do not need a business account for izettle, you just need to verify your current account

Be aware that if you go over takings of £4000 then you will need to make your izettle account a business one. It's not a problem and you can still use your ordinary bank account t with it. I use izettle and love it.

i set up as a personal account and then reached my limit so had to change to personal which was a bit of a problem changing it over.. there no difference in rates mind you well not that im aware of , or have noticied.
