Job promotion.... whats in the job role of salon supervisor???

Hiya all....
since finishing college 5mths ago i have worked for a hotel as a beauty therapist. i have been offered the job as salon supervisor:green:. what ways do you make your salon run better? what is your job role? any other advise would be much appreciated.

Organising monthly promotions for the salon for the year.

Moving and rotating the stock.

Ordering stock.

Looking after clients every whim!! lol

Keeping client lists current along with Client record cards.

Advertising and promotion.

Decoraqting the salon for yearly festivals etc.

Man I could go on and on.

Basically you will be responsible for EVERYTHING

Will you be responsible for staff? If so this will bring many, many more issues to be dealt with.
