Kind of renting a room how do we work it?

I have a hairdresser client who said I can come in on days I'm free and do file and polish and gel polish on hair clients. She doesn't want to have to pay me and I don't want to have to pay rent but we both want to make money from it with me making more for doing the work. So how do we work it any ideas?
