Hiya Geeks,

I wondered if any of you use these and how you find them, are they as comfortable as is claimed?

Just trying to decide whether it would be worth me getting one?

Thanks, Lou xx

Are you having problems with your current seating arrangement?

If not, I'd say don't get one and save your money for some product or training!

I have one and its fab for the back but I'm finding my knees getting a bit sore, dunno if I'm just sitting in it wrong lol xx

I have used one for 3 years and never have back ache,
i did suffer with back ache for the first 2 or 3 weeks and asked my GP if the stool could be causing a problem but was reassured that my spine was realigning into the shape it should be,
never had a problem since, hth

Thanks for your feedback, Cathie, I don't yet have any seating arrangements, just starting to get things in place. I do however end up uncomfortable/in pain if I sit for too long at the computer etc. so figure that when I start doing full sets of nails I may have the same problem. I would use it for both things at home.

Thanks again, Lou x
