Lashes - Coming off

I did a set of lashes on Thursday and recieved a call today (Sun) from my client to say that she had already lost 4..
Would you say that this is normal? What questions would you ask the client to find out why this has happened?

It is absolutely normal to loose few eyelashes in first few days due to adhesive still setting completely and few lashes possibly did not adhere properly. However, this should not be noticeable due to the amount of lashes you put it. If she looses a noticeable amount of lashes in few days - then something is not right, however - just 4 is fine.. :hug:
