I had a pt job in a care home...stayed for around 4months and advised them I wanted to leave.
Worked my last 12hr night shift and then have never been payed for this.
Had no contract so unsure if I am entitled to fight for this money which is only around £130 but its money all the same.
What do you geeks think should I move on and forget it or do something further?
