please help, i have just started doing beauty treatments in my cousins toning chair shop, she took out a new lease when she started in feb, the previous person is now kicking up that I am doing treatments as she did treatments there, she has told my cousin that she signed an agreement stating that a beauty business was not going to be there, which it wasnt when she started, the lease ran out in july and my cousin has taken out new lease, surely if you take out a new lease that lease should be what you go by??? please help as i may have be out on my ear!!!! The new lease does not state that a beautician cannot operate from the premises.
