Leather Nails..... as seen on Alexa Chung.
Apparently this is the hottest new nail trend?

Is it just matt black nail polish??
Struggling to find any close up pictures of her nails.

It sorta looks like what would happen to your toe nails if you wore socks when your nail polish wasn't fully dried...
I'm posting a red version because the photo of the black version doesn't show much detail to the finish

thanks for the link to the earlier thread. Did you find the fingernailfixer video on Shellac Leather effect. I can't find it!

I know that Nails inc are bringing out a new leather look nail polish soon. Its on their facebook page but Can't get a decent pic of it though to see if its just a sort of matte effect. Xx

It does totally look like when i used to paint my nails then go to bed too soon and get duvet marks! Haha

I did the pictures for Nails Inc and used the Leather polish. It's great! Especially the black. But, remember, the brand is essentially a retail polish for the consumer to get some effects.
