LED or other lamps?

I have just been doing some research on which lamp is the best, to cure soft/hard gel and also gel polish. I do have my own personal favorite but just wondered what other nail techs use...

I think we all have our personal favourites but its important that you go with the manufacturers guidelines so maybe ask your supplier for the respective polish what they would recommend to ensure you get the correct curing times?
