hi geeks i have been working with gel for quite a few years and have recently been practicing with tips my gel on natural nails stays on forever (lol , bit of an exageration but you get the idea) however my tips are only lasting a matter of 1 - 2 weeks ??????????????? i'm very confused as i can't work out what i'm doing wrong any help will be very helpful :irked:

Hi I would get in contact with your educator, sit down discuss this issue or any other issues, let her watch you do a set, and she will be able to give you advice or tips.

Are you taking the shine of the tips> If not that should help.
What sort of gel are you using? Some are better than others for extensions, a buff off gel might help and you need to remember to build an apex for strength too.
(Sorry if I am telling you something you already know!)
