Could someone tell me please what's in the love shellac kit and how much it is?

So if u put two coats of white (eg cream puff), u just rub in some bright additives (eg yellow) and u get a neon shellac?

Yep, that's exactly what you can do depending on which coloured powders you use

This was done using Studio White and coloured neons!
