Little rim around cuticle!

Hi! I get a little rim around cuticle when painting gel polish am I using to much polish I do push it up always and pull it back down I also like scrub it any suggestions? Thank you @[emoji3]

Probably too much polish on your brush when you do that first stroke.

Generally it's due to touching the cuticle while applying product. The ridge appears after the nail grows a bit. After you've done a clean up around the cuticle area, be careful not touch the skin.
