Looking into opening a salon

hope u are all well

My sister and I are looking into opening a salon. I am interested in all the thigs you had to sort out etc. Also i am interested to see different rent amounts around the country.

Also how much is water, leccy etc

Does that make sense???

Isn't this going vary vastly dependant on the size of the place, location etc.....its a bit like asking how much is a car without knowing the model or age.

Best thing to do would be contact commercial propoerty agents and ask what they have on their books.
