Losing hair after washing?

Hi all cope im ok to ask for a bit of advice as im a nail geek, just that latley ive noticed everytime i wash my hair im losing alot as i have to remove a small clump from the plug hole, im a bit worried any advice would be great? thanks x

try not to worry too much lovie, we lose more hair than we think through natural shedding during the hairs cycle etc ( makes us sound like moulting dogs lol). besides that, how is the condition of your hair at the minute? have you recently had a chemical service ( colour etc)? stress is another factor that can sometimes effect us this way xxx
