Luxury pedicure procedure

Hey guys I'm just writing up my new pricelist and wondered how you all do your luxury pedicures mine would be starting with

Feet sprayed with antibacterial spray
Clip & file

Apply cuticle remover

Soak for 10 mins (each foot)

Cuticle work, remove dry skin with rasp & apply scrub

Soak & remove scrub

Dry feet

Massage with cream

Squeak nails, toe separators & polish

Just wondered if there was a better way of doing it or whether you geeks perform simular

Just want to do my job the best I can

Ok so my Lux Pedi goes like this..

Foot soak in anti bacterial soak

Clip, file nails and do cuticle work, back in the foot spa

Foot file and exfoliation,

Apply foot mask and heated booties and leave for 10 mins, remove with mitts

Apply foot cream and massage

Scrubfresh and apply polish

Mines a little different...

Use foot rasp and exfoliate.

Soak one foot and move on to the other foot to do the above.

Soak both feet for 5 mins take one foot out and do cuticle work, clip and file.

Take the other foot out, cuticle work, clip and file.

Mask and heated booties for 10 mins.

Massage, clean nails and polish.

I use CND Earth SpaPedicure products and mine goes like this:

Sanitize Feet (with Cool Blue)
File and Shape Nails (obviously shape meaning straight across)
Cuticle Work (using Cuticle Away)
Hard Skin Removal (foot file)
Mineral Soak
Scrub
Masque
Moisture Pack (Solar Oil and Cuticle Eraser)
Hydrating Lotion in Booties (using towelling booties but will use heated ones when I buy them)
Leg & Foot Massage
Polish Application

How I word it on my site and price lists:

File
Shape
Cuticle Work
Hard Skin Removal
Mineral Soak
Scrub
Masque
Hydrating Lotion in Booties
Leg & Foot Massage
Polish Application

Yes I'm thinking to use rasp and scrub before getting any moisture or soaking them do you think this gives a better result? Because when I apply scrub on hands it is 100% more effective on dry hands

Appy cuticle remover

Use dry foot file

Cuticle work, clip and file

Massage

Squeak

Polish

If I am using Shellac or Gelish I massage after applied

I charge extra for mask or paraffin and booties which I would do before massage.

1. Clip and Shape/File 1st foot
2. Foot File 1st foot
3. 1st foot then put to soak
4. Repeat Steps #1 - 2 w/2nd foot
5. Pull 1st foot out of pedi tub and apply cuticle remover
6. Do Cuticle work and return foot to pedi tub
7. Repeat steps #5 - 6 w/2nd foot
8. On 1st foot, apply warmed sugar scrub to legs and feet to exfoliate, return foot to pedi tub
9. Repeat step #8 w/2nd foot
10. Rinse both legs and feets
11. Pull 1st foot out of pedi tub and dry
12. Apply lotion and perform leg and foot massage
13. Repeat step #12 w/2nd foot
14. Apply hot towels
    15.Polish
    

Optional: Step #14 would be the application of paraffin and heated booties

Mines a little different -

Soak in pedi bowl
Remove one foot
remove cuticle and file
put back in pedi bowl
repeat on other foot
remove & dry
apply exfoliator and remove hard skin
put back in bowl
remove and dry
leg and foot massage
apply mask and heated booties
place back in bowl & wash of mask
apply polish

Hello so changing the subject slightly......I was wondering how you carry out a luxury manicure? I would do all the same except of course not remove dry skin with rasp but how do you go about rinsing off the scrub and mask. My sink is right out the back so was thinking a bowl of hot water and maybe hot disposable towels?? What do you think? Xx

Yes I do exactly that but use mitts instead of towels, much easier to use!

callous treatment = sea serum , foot file and steamed towles
exfoliation massage depending on what im using with CND marien its a double explain treatment!
soak
dry
(if no shellac Gelish on nails i go over with cuticle tool again)
foot masque
heated bootys
cup of tea , coffee , hot chocolate ,
remove most of it with steamed towels in massage motion
then long soak (no real reason other than for most clients its there fave bit )
dry
sometimes ill add paraffin wax
long massage feet and legs
solar oil

I just came across a great youtube instructional from CND for their Marine Spapedicure. She uses a bowl in the how to as well, so no need for sink close by. CND has a great youtube channel - very informative. I've linked below
