I used to work in business insurance, what they are asking sounds odd. Have you called the ins co and discussed why they need you to get this info? They may be willing to remove the clause.

They must've had someone claim for touching.

Personally, if someone touched me inappropriately I would do more than make a claim, I'd prob go to the police or something like that, if it really was that inappropriate.
