Make a toe nail? with bio sculpture?

One of my clients big toe nail has come off from damage, not sure how to do a sculpture on no nail, would u be able to put the gel on to her actual nail bed with there not being a nail on there? Please help!

I think (I could be wrong if I am I appologise) Gigi said make a prosthetic nail to glue on???
