hi everyone, was wondering if you's could give me some advice into where i could get a dvd covering all male waxing including 'intimate areas'

i have already underwent my full training via kim lawless which was first class altho i would find it helpful to be refreshed now and again to make sure that i am doing the techniques to the best of my ability - and a dvd would be ideal for the job... can anyone recommend me any which cover the same technique which i have already been taught?

many thanks

PM ZoZo on here. She is the UK distributor for Berins and has The Wax Queen's DVD (Lori Nestore) on every body part you can imagine waxing male and female! I am sure she will be able to help you with a DVD.

Lori spends most of her time travelling the world teaching people to wax and has done so for over 30 years.

However, watching a DVD is no substitue for correct training.

Hello, I have bought Lori Nestore DVD and although its expensive it's well worth it. I'm intending to do my male waxing course with Kim in the very near future. Just had a hip replacement so i can't do too much of anything yet... I have my basic waxing certificate but I'm not in the least bit confident to start on paying clients. Even a basic leg wax gets me in a right mess.

Have just pm'd zo zo to see if she can help me. thanks for your advice.

i agree watching a dvd would not be a substitute for correct training and trust me i have unwent brilliant training with kim, i just think it is important to take some refreshing into your previous training to remind yourself of the methods which you have been taught and a dvd is a brilliant way of this imo

kim will soon make you very confident in carrying out your waxing, she is a first class trainer and i highly would recommend her to anyone

Not see that DVD, but for the price, I'd be inclined to go for the Whole Ball of Wax by Lori Nestore. I've got it and it is good, covers everything. xx

You may want to have a word with Andy Rouillard (Male Waxing Training) to see what he recommends too...

is andy rouillard a member of this site ruth? or how should i contact him

Yes - he is Axiom on here. Don't expect an answer until at least Tuesday though, as he is mega busy down in London at the Professional Beauty show at Excel at the moment...
