Manicure on natural nails with IBX

Hi I have just received my IBX duo pack cant wait to start using this new product. I normally do a Nailtiques manicure using all the their products my question is do I still use the nailtiques base coat? Just a bit worried if this could be a problem with the nail protein mixing with the IBX?

I also use Nailtiques but have been doing a mani with IBX and offering a varnish or natural finish, but not Nailtiques. I would rather see the benefits of IBX on it's own, and wouldn't be happy about mixing the systems!

Its great to try on its own so that we can test its effectiveness. But it is my understanding that since IBX is inside the nail there is no mixing of systems. I have used nail polish, Shellac and Smoothing Shellac over IBX with amazing success.
