Hiya so il post a pic of what a family member wants and what his hair is like now.

I was just going to do scattered foil highlights would anyone suggest a technique?
would bleach with 6% be okay or do I need a higher peroxide?
Also can any one suggest what toner to use?
I like to use wella.
Thanks xx

I'd probably foil it all on a diagonal. All slices. Blondor and 6%is a good choice. The hair will dictate development time check every 10-15mins.
Toners will depend on what the hair lifts like.
I'd say the target shade is a 9/7. Personally I think 9/17 is a nicer tone. But obviously it depends on whether your clients wants that extra warmth.
