Hi there, this is the procedure
1~ cleanse
2~ tone
3~scrub or exfoliate
4~ steam or hot towel
5~ microdermabrasion
hope this is helpful.
I really hope you are not a professional doing this on clients. NEVER exfoliate before a micro-dermabrasion, you will severly irritate if not burn the skin.
If you are doing micro-dermabrasion you should be train properly with the company of who's machine you use. Do not do micro-dermabrasion unless you are trained and they will tell you the rights and wrongs of the treatment.
If you are using a homekit from boots - its pants don't bother. You'd get better results using household cleaning products!
you can do MDA on a pregnant woman, its not a contra. As Zo Zo said, you shouldn't use the MDA unless you have received training from the company whose machine you are using.
