Minx - How much do you charge?

I have just discovered Minx!!:suprised:
I am interested in offering this service but was wondering how do you charge, with full manicure/without manicure and with full pedicure/without?

I know this has probably been asked before but I couldn't find this info when I searched the threads.

Would really appreciate any answers.
