I am doing a set of acrylics tonight on a nail biter, but I only have sheer pink and white (CND). Did I read somewhere that you can mix a little of the white into the sheer pink to make it opaque? and what ratio would you use? I know you can buy opaque powders, but until I have completed my CND conversion (hopefully in June) I am just using the sample pots I received.
thanks

I think you would get a very pale colour that would not be suitable to use. I wouldn't do it.

I would stick to what you have until you do your conversion.

Hmm, I tried this as my tutor said to me in college you could do it. I didnt have a clue how much to mix (she just said add a little bit of white to your pink) So I got a little pot and tried it, and to be honest I cant see any difference in it at all!! It still looks like the normal pink, I tried adding quite a bit more white, but still looks no different!! So I will definately not be using it and waiting until I get my Opaque colours from CND :) xx
