More training for nail tech, is CND enough?

Hello , I'm currently nvq level 2 trained in beauty therapy but most of my clients are just for manicures , pedicures and CND shellac . I'm feeling like it is not enough !
I would like to offer more for my nail clients like ombré , maybe nail art stamps etc .
What's the best way to start ? Should I do some sort of course ? Thanks X
