No pictures, I'm afraid. But I've used both stickers and water decals and both have stayed on fine.
I place both on the second cured colour coat and put tio on top. No second coat.
The only thing I do differently, is with the water decal. I will place it in the water and get the backing off, then I lay it on the back of my hand and move it around slightly to remove any water residue. Once dry I then place on the nail. Repeat process for second hand, and then coat with tio - this means any water left will air dry.
