Hi Audrey, welcome to the site!

there is a few thread on this if you type it in the wee search box up the top
Personally I just use nail polish remover, and a cotton wool bud (dipped in)I put the base coat on the tip, two thin coats of white neaten it up then base coat the bare nail then a coat of what ever the client choses, top coat then solar oil hth xx

Working with CND's Nail Fresh and a brush compared to working with remover and a cotton bud (??) is like driving a Rolls Royce as opposed to a clapped out old banger. No way can one detail a perfect smile line with a cotton bud.

Do your smile as perfectly as you can and fix any minor imperfections with the tip of a decent brush and Nail Fresh.

Nail Fresh is not meant to be used as a substitute for good work but for 'detailing' to make your already good work completely perfect.

The whole thing about doing nails is, doing something that the client can't do at home!:)

I agree! I had a client who was amazed at the way I polished the white tip. She said she's had it done where the manicurist just painted gobs of white, then took a brush dipped in acetone and made the smile line. I thought to myself, 'you've got to be kidding'...
