Ive been doing my clients nails now for over a year and at first she was really hard wearing on her nails and used to break corners off the tips all the time, no matter what i did to reinforce them. now ive managed to get her to use cuticle oil and shes finally understanding the importance of looking after her nails. even although she is now using cuticle oil on regular basis and is really trying to look after them two nails keep popping off completely! this is now twice its happened to the exact same nails on the same hand.
is it something i'm doing? the nail plates looked perfectly fine and all the other nails are fine with very little/no lifting at all. i thought it was maybe to do with pressure she was putting on them causing them just to lift off. its really frustrating as shes a great client and has recommended me to loads of other people.
