hi all....

just a quick query really, has anyone used the nailtechheaven.com website???? .....

one of the main ones that i can find that will deliver my products to germany without having to speak german ....

just any general feedback would be good, about to do an order but quite a big order so dont want anythin to go wrong ....

I am confused - it says your location is Manchester.

I am very surprised that you cannot find an authorised distributor of your products in Germany, who speaks English as most nail enhancement products originate in America.

What products are you using?

hi yeh sorry recently got married and moved over here , totally forgot to change it !! ... im using nsi... they have a ditrubutor here but i have had nothing but trouble with communication over phone with language barrier .... keep getting asked to ring back after trying to get a good conversation going but person who i need to speak to is either busy or not avaliable .... and the nsi site and obviously shop i used to go while in uk do not post to over here i have emailed they also seeing if i could order through them and pay for the extra postage but no reply that yet either and my stock is running quite low ... just needed to see if the site was what it says and if anyone had used them ..... thinking of doing a cnd conversion when im next in uk anyway but that wont be untill april may time .......

I just checked the NSI Germany site and it says they are on holiday until 6 January - have you tried communicating by email via their website to see if this is any easier than on the phone. This way maybe they could get someone in the company who speaks English to call you back.

NSI is a huge American company and as such someone in the German office must deal regularly with America.

If you go to their website via Google then you will get the option to translate the page - this may help you.
