Need help trying to figure out how to do these nails

So I lived in Califorina before moving to Idaho and when I lived there I got nails done like this .... and I loved them it's with a deep smile live at the free edge ............can someone pls tell me what they are called and maybe where I can see a demo on them so I can learn to do them I have played with trying but does not turn out the same.........

They look like Flared nails or duckbill nails, if you do a search on here for either of those you will find previous threads about them.
I know that they are all the rage in the states but have not taken off over here, many people find them going against everything that we as technicians do.

I call them duck feet nails.
If i were ever to do them I would sculpt on a form with another form on top of that one that is just left flat to get the most dramatic effect.
 
If you look at the index finger of the bottom hand you can see that it has been filed straight across. I think what is giving it the illusion of having a curve in the free edge, is that the sidewall is angling down from the free edge sidewall iykwim
 
While I sculpt them on forms, another tech I know (who is also on this site) Angela Jones--does this with tips. She uses a tip that is larger than needed and custom cuts the well part to fit the natural free edge leaving the tips free edge wide. She has a tut on BT, but I don't know if she posted it here. And the tip like the one you show is filed straight across at an angle toward the client giving it a "cutout" look. That is what we call these nails--"flair cutout"
